ROYPOW USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative material handing industry lithium batteries to a wide range of customers. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A strong understanding of enewable energy and the golf industry is a plus.

Job duties for the Sales Manager at ROYPOW USA include:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets;
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads;
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our material handling lithium batteries, and assist with product selection;
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Sales Manager position at ROYPOW USA include:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy industries;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required;
- Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop sales strategies and tactics;
  • Provide market research and analysis;

We are hiring After-sales Service Engineer position covering both EU and UK.

Job Responsibility:
  • Provide onsite after-sales service and remote technical support to local dealers and OEM customers in EU & UK market for all lithium-ion and ESS product, including but limited to: fault diagnosis, product repair and maintenance, onsite joint testing, validation testing with customer’s or the 3rd party’s product, and visit customer with sales man;
  • When spare parts are needed for repair or replacement, apply for spare parts according to the company's process requirements, and coordinate with logistics team to return defective products;
  • Inspect and repair the failure product returned to EU & UK offices/warehouse, and handle the battery recycle according to local government and company policy;
  • Log customer issues into system for internal quality analysis and improvement, and conduct rework for local inventory according to quality notice if required;
  • Conduct internal training and customer training including but not limited to: product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
 
Job Requirements:
  • With 1 year+ of experience in electrical engineering, major in electrical automation, electronic information engineering, and automation is preferred;
  • Be familiar with power electronics industry (Inverter, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Charger, Power Converter…) and/or lithium battery technology is preferred;
  • Good communication and coordination skills, fluent English and Mandarin;
  • Good teamwork spirit, hardworking, loyalty and integrity, strong learning ability, good customer service awareness.
  • Hold a valid EU and/or UK working visa (or other legal working certification) and driving license.
