Huizhou, China, October 28, 2026 – ROYPOW today signed an investment agreement with representatives of TUNAS at its headquarters in Huizhou, China, for a new manufacturing project at TUNAS Prima Industrial Park in Batam, Indonesia. Following the launch of ROYPOW’s Indonesian manufacturing base in October 2025, this marks another project in Indonesia within just one year and an important step in expanding the company’s global manufacturing footprint. Once completed, the project will further strengthen ROYPOW’s global manufacturing network and support the growth of its international business.
The project involves an investment of over US$100 million and covers approximately 36,000 square meters. The factory will support the large-scale production of the “Dark Horse Project” series, with Phase I planned to reach an annual capacity of 30,000 units. The project will expand ROYPOW’s overseas manufacturing capacity, strengthen its ability to serve global markets. In addition, it will create approximately 1,000 jobs, contributing to local economic development.
Committed to the highest standards of manufacturing quality and craftsmanship, ROYPOW’s new factory will vigorously advance automation, digitalization, intelligent manufacturing, and greener production. Leveraging automotive-grade automated production lines and advanced technologies such as precision machining, robotic welding, and automated coating, the factory will continuously strengthen manufacturing capabilities and quality assurance. The MES system will support production data management and quality traceability, while process and resource optimization will help improve production efficiency and environmental performance. The factory will also deepen supply chain localization, further develop local supplier networks, and strengthen regional supply chain integration.
“Barely within a year, we have once again chosen Batam, establishing our new strategic business here,” said Jesse Zou, founder and CEO of ROYPOW. ” This is not simply replicating capacity, but a deepening and upgrading of our globalization strategy.”
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to participate in ROYPOW’s investment project in Batam and to become ROYPOW’s partner in Batam,” said Chrispin Andereas, director of TUNAS Group. ” We hope that Batam will support ROYPOW’s development in the global market and become an important overseas manufacturing base for ROYPOW.”
